WHAT IS A SERVICED APARTMENT?

A serviced apartment is a fully furnished apartment both short term stay to long stay. All of our serviced apartments are completely hassle free with all utility bills included and fully serviced with facilities similar to a hotel such as cleaning and maid services and concierge facilities. When booking with AYS apartments, all apartments will consist of a living room, fully equipped kitchen and space to work should you be on business trip, vacation or even relocating. All of our apartments are visited regularly to ensure they are up-to standard and fully functioning.

WHO MANAGES THE APARTMENTS?

AYS Apartments will only work with trusted apartment providers who are reputable. A member of the AYS team will physically visit the apartments regularly to ensure everything is functioning. Your dedicated Reservations Manager will also be attending check in to ensure you are aware of all the important bits and are comfortable. Our customers can be sure they are staying in quality accommodation that provides security and regulation.

CAN I HAVE COMPANY?

You can indeed have guests over; many Serviced Apartments have sofa/rollaway beds so your guests can also stay the night if you wish. However in some apartments, there may be an extra charge.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

The apartments are all fully furnished and equipped with kitchen ware, linens and towels. A welcome pack will also be provided on arrival with essentials to get you through the first couple of days.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

This is very dependent on the type of pet and off course, the landlord. Some landlords will require extra security deposit and an extra cleaning charge.

HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO MY APARTMENT AND WILL I BE MET ON ARRIVAL?

We most certainly provide a meet and greet service where a member of the AYS team will help you check in.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT?

Check in is usually from 4pm and check out usually is 11. Early check in and late check out may be possible at the discretion of the landlord and availability.

HOW DO I PAY AND WHEN DO I PAY?

Full payment must be made prior to check in. There are various payment options available, please speak to our team for more information.

WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION TERMS?

Our cancellation terms vary by location. Please contact us and discuss the particular cancellation terms for your apartment with one of the AYS team. Each apartment has different terms, and these terms will be provided on your initial quote aswell as on the booking confirmation.
